Professional Assessment
Lumina Spark Provides provides an accurate, personalized reading of an individual's strengths and developmental areas. It creates a unique leadership portrait. Helps to increase self-awareness, reveal hidden potential and cope better under pressure. Discover practical actions for improved communication, teamwork and leadership.

The coaching session after the assessment will help to turn the assessment outcomes to workable tool, which could be used many years ahead to understand own personality, become aware of way of behaviour and how other people see you in different situations.
How It May Work. Option 1.
This option offers step by step customized approach, providing flexibility to program stages application based on the current needs and budget opportunities.

We suggest first to focus on Management Team to let management team members to get a flavor of given methodology. So they would later be able to decide on the necessity of application of the similar approach on their own teams.

At the same time this option contains one-full-day-all-staff workshop to give a sense of diversity and unity for the entire company.

Stage 1. Focus on the management team
As preparation to this stage we offer full version of Lumina Spark* assessment supported by one individual coaching session.

As a main part of this stage we offer a 4 hours team development workshop based of Lumina Teams methodology - sharing individual uniqueness and building up a common wisdom.

Stage 2. One day onsite Workshop for the whole company staff
Highly interactive program with training, facilitation and coaching elements. The day will contain the series of coaching and facilitation activities to bring people together, reducing the barriers between them, and enabling more authentic connections. We will share the models to make it easier for teams to embrace people's different perspectives. By doing so, we will ignite what truly matters in high-performing teams: shared vision with diligent implementation and focused drive with collaborative process.

The elements of Lumina Spark assessment will be included in this work. The management will be able to use their Lumina Spark Portraits to deepen their collaboration with the team. Prior to the event the team will be offered to take a basic (trial) version of Lumina Spark to create a common language for the workshop.

Stage 3. Replication of Stage 1 for selected teams accros the company
As preparation to this stage we offer full version of Lumina Spark* assessment supported by the individual coaching session.

As a main part of this stage we offer a 4 hours team development workshop based of Lumina Teams methodology - sharing individual uniqueness and building up a common wisdom.
How It May Work. Option 2.
Training based team development approach, offers an opportunity to learn the straights of each other and provide valuable feedback to the colleagues while obtaining communication skills over the course of 3 training modules.

Stage 2. Onsite Training (2 days) for the entire team
"Coaching Competencies in Communication". Program to learn and practice coaching tools and framework to develop communication and align culture with the strategy.

"Wisdom of Teams". Program based on Spiral Dynamics model. Here the elements of Lumina Spark* assessment will be included in this work.

Stage 4. Onsite Workshop (4 hours) for the entire team
Team development workshop to integrate all the knowledge and experience.

Additional option (at any stage). Lumina Spark* Assessment + from 1 to 5 Coaching Sessions for selected teams or team members
Based on further needs we are ready to offer full Lumina Spark Assessment for the Team Leaders, specific teams or specialists to further improve team dynamics, strengthening individual and team bonds and aligning the culture with the vision.
