In 2019 Karina Basharova, the first International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC) in Latvia, joined "100 Coaches Europe" project.
Since then, she has been actively involved in the development of coaches and executives all over the world.

Why 100 Coaches in Baltics
In 2022 Marshall Goldsmith and Karina Basharova announced the "100 coaches in the Baltics" to support the coaches in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania in their effort for positive impact in turbulent times.
Yearly 10 coaches from Baltics will be awarded this title, starting from 2022.

Time to Apply for Nomination!
In order to apply you need to supply your CV and a 1-min video in English describing your coaching mission, industry, philosophy, and positive impact. You do not need to be a professional coach but we expect that you have substantially invested in people's success and development in the chosen industry. Also you must be doing your business on the territory of Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania, and permanently live in the territory of one of these countries and/or to have citizenship of one of them.
Marshall Goldsmith will personally review the applications.
Marshall Goldsmith will share his knowledge in Riga on September 3rd, 2022 with the idea that when you reach a certain level and mature age you will be willing to share your knowledge and best practice pro bono with those who needs it most to facilitate positive change and make the world a better place.
