It started with a simple idea to convert our planned Open SML to Online format. After several conversations with our community we discovered an inspiring opportunity to prototype new way of working for ourselves as well as for interaction with our customers.

"Many companies are looking for the new ways of working in the given situation, so does OL. We invite you to join our SML Online pilot to shape the future together".
We propose to position this SML Online with the sub-title "Leadership Uncertainty" which makes it relevant to many leaders today. This is our first attempt to run SML in Open Online format, therefore we considered a diverse target audience: 1) SML Alumni - current reality is pushing leaders to reconnect with their sense of deeper meaning and we give them such an opportunity on significantly discounted price. In return we may ask for their active feedback during and after the programme. Additionally we will gain a good long term branding reconnecting and warming up our relations with our own SML Community. 2) Any other participant who wants to be a part of our co-creation movement. Since we do not know what should be the right price for such product in the future, we propose to use "pilot price" message for both audiences.
